Guided Fill Station
Efficient Manual Filling of Blister Cards
Efficient Manual Filling of Blister Cards
The Guided Fill Station offers a solution for manually filling blister cards in a highly efficient manner through AI-based real-time object detection and counting.
After transferring patient and prescription data to the system, the batch number and expiration date are captured by scanning the barcode on the original packaging of the pills. Green LEDs on the station indicate which cells to fill for each type of medication.
The optional camera can be used for direct feedback during the filling process. Red LEDs on the station serve as an error message when pills are incorrectly pre-sorted. Medication will only be dispensed into the blister if the correct amount is detected in the right cell. Additionally, the camera allows for the creation of an evidence trail of the filling process with images.
