Information that we, Global Factories B.V. and Global Total Engineering and Manufacturing B.V., collect is used to provide better services and products to all our users.
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information regarding the performance of our products.
Hardware: we collect information about the technical, mechanical, functioning of the products and possible problems which may occur during the use of our products. With this information, we will be able to diagnose the problems, which may enable us to offer solutions to such problems and to improve our machines.
Software: by using our software we register how you use the products and in what frequency. We register error notifications and analyze what type of problem is reported to be able to investigate possible solutions and to improve our products.
- Information for service purposes:
If you contact us for service and problem-solving purposes we register product specific information such as the use that you make of our product, information about the hardware and software which runs on the product and other information which is required to diagnose problems such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings and other information which may be relevant for problem-solving and service purposes.
- When you use our products and services we may collect and process information which will provide information about your production and will specify to us whether you have used consumables and how many during a certain period. We will use this information for consultancy purposes as well as for billing purposes when required.
- We collect information about the medication which is used in our products. We collect the type of pills and name of the pills. We do not collect patient data.
How we use information that we collect
We use the information we collect from all our services and products to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, and to develop new products.
When you contact us, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.
We may share non-personally identifiable and anonymized information publicly and with our partners – like assembly partners, potential customers, representatives in the industry. For example, we may share information publicly to show the general use of our products and services.
When this Privacy Policy applies
Our Privacy Policy applies to all the products and services offered by Global Factories and its affiliates but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
